Then when you save up some more money and find a house that you can BRRR, you buy it.That is easy to type, but hard to do in reality, since what really limits us is the time we have put into learning about our chosen asset class and if we leave we'd have to learn or already have learned about a new asset class to lower the risk of investing in this niche.

Not sure how it will be done but he will have the opportunity to live in San Diego regardless of the profession he chooses (I do not want pay to be a primary consideration in his chosen profession).It is costly to living in paradise (paradise other than the crowds).

I also didnt venture into the tip top neighborhoods because... if I had that much up-front money I likely would've chosen a market other than Cleveland.Columbus is projected to "improve" more than Cleveland.
