What we mean by environmental issues would be chemical spills, soil impact, or underground tanks from former property uses such as gas stations, industrial uses like chrome plating facilities, or other uses like dry cleaning plants.

None of it should go down the drain, with maybe the exception of garbage disposal food being the least intrusive since the bio-digestion process at the sewer plant will eliminate most of it.

The park is on the east side of the Las Vegas valley and runs from the various water treatment plants near the natural beginning of the Las Vegas Wash to where the wash flows under Lake Las Vegas and later into Lake Mead.

New kitchen, new flooring, knocked down walls, removed popcorn ceiling and re-textured, new trim, new carpet, new doors and hardware, all new bathrooms upstairs, cleaned up landscaping, new tile work, new closets, new water heater, and new paint on interior and exterior.

IE we are in a title company state were title companies have very good title plants that are all on their data bases..
