You will ask better quality of questions if your in motion.The reason most paid mentorship fails and is a waste of money is its very difficult to steer a parked car.Create your own "paid mentorship" find deals and get paid while your learning.Sorry for the ramble...hope this helps someone, if not .....too bad, it helped me to write it :-)

I personally steer clear of the $400/mo realm because of all the points listed above.

If you respond with snark, the potential future guest only sees two people sniping at each other and they don't know which one is right, so they just steer clear.Keep on keeping on!

Typically when someone inquired about jumbo products, I would do my best to steer them towards a HELOC product and briefly go over the numbers for a jumbo loan.
