Landlords don't want to evict, but consequences do need to exist in order for some people to feel compelled to fulfill their end of a contract.

I'm certainly not a newbie, but open to ideas on how to handle a delicate/finesse part of the business.I've had mild success in finding contractors who fulfill the three descriptors above.  

And the customer orders they need to fulfill.

There's an Amazon fulfillment center coming with 1,000 jobs and a new Aerospace Corp facility coming in 2022 that will need 200 highly-paid engineers and technical experts -- just to a name a few of the companies relocating here.

Consistent with YOLO, they also seek personal fulfillment and want to make a difference in the world. 

You should determine the needs first, then figure out how to fulfill them.

We move out on our own choice after fulfilling our lease contractual obligation.

So here we are... after doing everything we possibly can to 'guarantee' a Tenant for you... have provided you with certain capabilities that you might not have access to yourself to ensure rent is paid and have backed and screened your tenant (to a degree the quality of tenant)... you're saying that, it doesn't matter and we should CONTINUE to provide management services i.e. fulfill work-orders, ensure scheduled mowings and etc. are conducted as scheduled, continue with inspections as scheduled, coordinate maintenance, etc.

@Charles Giovanniello have you thought about partnering with someone in the area who could fulfill the "Live in" requirement allowing you to maintain your current living conditions?

I am interested in doing an online, self-study course to fulfill the real estate course (75 hour) requirement.
