Medical office space is gold, if it's near a hospital, kinda hard to run that out of your parlor as the small town docs did 70 years ago.As to office space, I believe technology has changed how we work, how we office in many ways, but professionals who deal with the public will still need a meeting place.Example, a friend has an "employment agency" for bank executives, he meets them at the club but runs the business out of his home.

Below is my lease provision (Warning - Not legal advice):LAWN CARE & SNOW/ ICE REMOVAL:It is the Tenant’s responsibility to take care of all snow/ice removal and lawn care of the premises, the following are the terms of such responsibility: ALL sidewalks, porches, and normal traffic areas on premises must be kept clear of snow and ice by shoveling and salting (snow salt is to provided by Tenant).
