Medical office space is gold, if it's near a hospital, kinda hard to run that out of your parlor as the small town docs did 70 years ago.As to office space, I believe technology has changed how we work, how we office in many ways, but professionals who deal with the public will still need a meeting place.Example, a friend has an "employment agency" for bank executives, he meets them at the club but runs the business out of his home.

Have it dry iced and shipped.

I would say a light gray or cream color.

One is where folks get together at a property nearing completion, have a couple of sips of ice tea, look at the rehab, and just talk.
