I wasn't planning on doing this, but when the idea was floated to me I did get very curious.

With a multifamily property, that denominator seems like it can sort of float and I cant seem to figure out when to stop adding capital expenditures to the denominator of the equation. 

All houses in the area have small floating docks.So we own the rights to the lake BED.

If not, like already stated, it seems as if they may be using the CC to "float" their business.

Suffice to say I am getting a little antsy.Be that as it may, I have had this idea rolling around in my brain for some weeks now so I thought I would float it out to the BP universe to see what other thoughts there might be.I was thinking of possibly offering to buy my landlord's house.. the one that I currently live in...Some of the reasons why I'm thinking this might be a good Prospect is that; house is in need of work.

Last thing I have for you is figure out what "floats your boat", study it, and spend time with people who are going to make you better in that area.
