This felt super creepy to all the girls swimming and when we messaged evolve they basically gave generic responses like “I’m your boots on the ground person here to help you” - but they never responded to the actual problem.

If you search for a national number on the number of housing units available vs the number of people looking for housing, there are always plenty of units available.The problem is everyone wants to live where they want to live...near their family, near their favorite job, near the beach/lake/mountains, etc....People have gotten spoiled and entitled.For example, everyone would love to live in San Diego, let's say....great weather, pretty girls, tacos, micro-breweries by the hundreds...But rents are outrageous and home prices are even worse.

Its funny how so many boys and girls who don't live in CA speak so authoritatively about everything about the state as if they own it.

I used that argument with a lot of techniques from “never split the difference” by Chriss Voss to convince (now she thinks it’s her idea) my girl to purse house hacking with me.

They pretend to be a good guy/girl because they can "pay cash" when in reality, they're quickly flipping the contract to someone else and sometimes completely screwing the end user in the process.

I had a fairly new, less than 5 years old,  but well driven vehicle that broke down on one of those dirt roads on a day in August where it was 123 degrees, me and my 2 special needs teen girls.  

Then I’ll shop around for an fha loan and will be partnering up with my girl on it.
