Otherwise, I agree with what most in this post are saying that if you are considering taking a sizable portion of your liquidity and putting it into an education platform it is a bad idea.Please take it easy on me bpers-- just offering an opinion from the other side of the coin.  

The seller can't come up with $3000-$4000 for a CO in order to make $49,000?

Hi,When I acquired my building there was an existing lease with a 3rd party to provide a coin-operated washer/dryer.

Start calling and asking every title co in your area until one says they do.

As Will said, both sides of the same coin when you're breaking the law.

Currently my thoughts are as follows:4 stall detached garage (solution:  charge $50 per stall)Add coin laundry (solution:  ~$1200/yr)Raise rents to market area  (past owner hasn't raised in 12 years)Optional fit out for 5th unit that is currently used as owner storage4 separate storage units in basement that are in use, but not being charged for

If the W/D was in the basement and not in the units, I'd make them coin operated to offset cost of water.Mike

Even when you have a lot of coin, you will love the low risk and ridiculous high return!

I am not sure if margin can be used to buy Crypto but it is possible that is being fueled with margin debt as well.
