Not Cleaner Estates... worst outfit I have ever experiencedTrying to source new one ASAP

I have a property in the panhandle and cleaner fee is $250.  

The cleaners and other support staff are doing all the work.

We have a number of quality cleaners in the area, but the right person for the right job, the right team for a 3 bedroom in Palm Springs is a different referral then a 6 bedroom in Indio.

(Snow, small tinkles that have gone unnoticed, spilled water, lazy cleaners, etc) The floor that is used for commercial use, like shopping centers or grocery stores, designed for foot traffic, not little Johny running across his room in spiked soccer shoes and slip sliding all over the place scratching the brand new floor you installed only 1 month ago or constant dragging of the chairs or pointy toys.

That's a nice selling point - view of the river while enjoying the hot tub.Our cleaners are used to cleaning hot tubs in my market.  

I have some great cleaners I can recommend.

It seems that it’s not realistic to have cleaners take photos of everything after they clean so that we can have evidence to show the guests that these damages did not exist before they checked in.Any inputs will be greatly appreciated!
