you can't rush it. if you do your portfolio foundation will be narrow and weak, and likely crumble.  3 properties mortgaged to the hilt with no cash flow isn't something most investors would want.RR

Which leads me to think too, having to finance a very small deal to a buyer probably means you have a weak buyer, not much money, that usually goes with lower income and credit issues.
