Service dog

There may be different state/local laws giving more coverage to the tenant as well. That being said, if this child has a genuine need - ask for a letter from his doctor (that is legal in housing situations) - and this dog is an actual service dog that has been trained to do tasks for the boy (things that he needs help doing, such as walking or picking up objects; just emotional support/hugging/petting are not tasks and do not make a dog a service dog*), it would be the right thing by you to allow the dog even if the law says you don't have to.

Curacao Investing - Good or Bad Idea?
23 November 2023 | 7 replies
Clearly, investing in another country comes with its own sets of risks and rewards so, if I was in your position, I'd get advice from the people who are doing it as you'd go to see an experienced doctor if you're sick and there's even larger amount of people who do that.I don't invest in Curacao but I can tell you that I recently came back from Mexico and there is a tidal wave of smart/institutional money from around the world moving there, including some selling US properties which they deem overpriced to reinvest there.

My Opinion on Building Generational Wealth

In Asia parenting , the daily routine is extremely hard (unlike "easy" like the west to current GenZ) that the asian kid has to overachieve their progress anyway regardless of their inheritance status in the future. my grandpa from my side and my wife acquire lot of properties in 1950s for their children, so does my parent and my wife's parent is keep buying property and small store, while I'm buying rental for next generation as well, maybe my kid would do the same.So while "creating a generational wealth" has been applied to us for the last three generation but that doesn't make us spoil but still working hard (due to style of parenting that we got) ..I have lot and lot of doctors in the 1980s and they got their first home from the parent still.
