Most folks are happy on the NE, north central and NW sides of town and along the I-35 corridor.  

Meetings are the first Tuesday of every month in NE Minneapolis.

I own 64 units in NE Indiana and only one duplex is a "chopped up house".

In Nebraska, the landlord tenant act specifically prohibits charging tenants for water service without having a separate meter.

They made me do some BS repairs on my duplex in NE that were completely unnecessary and kind of took away from the original design of the house.  

They just built a huge tennis center near berry college and the ACC tennis championships were just played there, some movie filming, minor league baseball and they're getting better with promoting our rivers, hiking trails and historic downtown.From what I've read I think Huntsville is similar in that it's a bit undiscovered because it's in a weird spot in NE Alabama but has tons going for it because of the Aerospace and other manufacturing and it also has the education and medical draw for the area.
