Another great way is to be around dealers and communities...Join their association (http://www.mtmhrv.org/) and put the word out that you are a buyer.Pocket listings are very popular in this industry.

The Irish are very friendly & the countryside is beautiful.  

However with no dealers licences, I'm limited to five cars a year.

Just be prepared to let most of them go once you find out they lied about there skills just to get a days pay so they can  run straight to there dealer to fill there meth pipes. 

I love lonnie dealers and will let them run wild... no problem.
