If you are as great as you are and can sustain that level of performance over the long term you’ll eventually be above market (I am all for you get what you pay for and pay more where warranted) AND I’ll most likely bring you more business whether I continue to invest more in your area or build relationships and give you referrals (and won’t even ask you to pay me referral fees).
