There are also low temp alarms that can alert if, lets say, a basement gets under 50 degrees.

I recommend getting some hourly HR consulting, maybe with a freelance or temp agency.

That being the case I would like to find another townhome in Scottsdale, or Tempe area (by ASU) that can duplicate this process with.I have $30k saved up but am finding in my calculations that the margins are very thin if non existent...

Government manipulation could hurt or improve the market.

You see how other people are manipulated or convinced that joining XYZ program will make them an outrageously successful investor in no time.
