My interest in real estate has recently sparked after giving it some thought and I can say I haven't been more excited to take my first steps down the path!

Listening to BP has sparked my interest in Real Estate again, and has given me some great ideas on how to move forward.

I'm unfamiliar with any new employers to the area that would spark a correction.

Asking a real question like "tell me about xyz" will get you much more meaningful info that can help you move fwd investing.
