Obviously this is a applicant that should be rejected without any farther discussion or thought.

I obviously don't know you whatsoever... but wanted to caution you that it can be a tough business, with complicated (depressing) situations, and lots of rejection.  

As a processor I saw what loans went through easily and which ones struggled or were even rejected. 

All to get rejected lol.

There are many out there that do the same thing but that's the one I went with.Financials and any additional information needed to make an offer will need to come from the owner.It's a lot of rejection but once you get the right owner on the phone you can get a sweet deal.

So you need to be good with rejection and constant searching if you are going to get into wholesaling.
