I've got nothing against reading books, listening to pod casts, attending Meetups, and REIAs, etc but you learn by doing, and you learn faster by somebody showing you what to do.

I would have a CT attorney start the FC process then the borrowers will call you or the attorney asking for a mod if they want to keep their houses.

Let us know if you find a better one, I’ve used Stessa since they recommended it on the pod cast many moons ago but recently they want you to upgrade and pay to scan receipts.
