I've got nothing against reading books, listening to pod casts, attending Meetups, and REIAs, etc but you learn by doing, and you learn faster by somebody showing you what to do.

Please read some blogs, listen to the pod casts and really educate yourself before you jump in; not just on a thread.

If you have your money mostly in things like bonds, etc. you can do a simple POD beneficiary. 

I would have a CT attorney start the FC process then the borrowers will call you or the attorney asking for a mod if they want to keep their houses.

Let us know if you find a better one, I’ve used Stessa since they recommended it on the pod cast many moons ago but recently they want you to upgrade and pay to scan receipts.

(Although as a mod I should remind everyone that personal attacks are prohibited on BP.)I think the disconnect is people are confusing "I won't get caught" with "it is legal".

I call these real estate pods as in tripods.A good commercial lender will allow portfolio loans.
