I currently have a single family house that I am house hacking and renting well to Disney interns while living there.Right now, I don’t have a lot of cash, but I am looking to get financing on multis, single, or raw land zoned for r2 and above near the theme parks, winter garden, Davenport, Kissimmee, no more than 160-180kI also am looking for referrals to property managers for when I do acquire more, as well as legit handy men/ contractors.Would love to connect and possibly open to a part time internship with an investor .

There are many great areas of the city where people still get their car or garden shed broken into, so take petty crime with a grain of salt.I would focus on getting out and about in these neighborhoods at least by car.

“Projects like the redevelopment of the Louisville Gardens, the Track on Ali at Heritage West, and projects from Butchertown to downtown to west Louisville are great examples of developments that could benefit from this program.”If this has as many hoops as Section 8 and other government programs I'm not sure how much of a take it will be for investors.
