The basics are typical, it'll need it's own sewer/water line, electrical will need to be up to code, plumbing cant' be shared, a 1hr fire wall is needed on each unit, drawings submitted, several departments are involved, and a more intensive survey is needed (similar to an ILC).Happy investing everyone!

Size is only one component.How old it is,how hard it is to rent,how good or bad the area is,landlord utilities included or not,type of tenant base,whether the building is full or paying,half full,or vacant with rehab will all determine how intensive an apartment building will be to lease up,stabilize,and manage and the price given.It is simply easier to talk with you over the phone or you can e-mail me.Thanks

They came and did a 3 week intensive treatment and it was about $500 for traps and bait boxes around the whole 8 unit property, traps and bait boxes in that one unit and in its ceiling where they were hearing the mice running and in the basement adjoining their unit.
