His numbers are also going to be look deflated as I doubt he and/or his 2 children that live in the building currently pay any rent.As an aside, I know that a woman in the building has some sort of rent control situation going on.

The lot is walking distance from new cute breweries, restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, entertainment, etc.

Does the woman who appeals yours do this for other people?

We didn't care one bit about schools or small bedrooms, just that we had a clean place to flop when in from sea, get drunk without having to make our way back to the ship, and have a place to take a woman.

As far as this deal is concerned, I typically do agree with the age old mantra "if it sounds too good to be true..." but in this case it just seems like she is an elderly woman who doesn't want to deal with it anymore and is motivated to take her money and run.
