Basicallt no more builds or any type, or staying on your property past sun-down, is allowed unless already existing with water hookups granted and in place.A Labor Day “camping party” happened this year in cambria after someone bought a piece of land there to celebrate the new owners, the owners and their friends camped on the property overnight, they were cited and told they should have gotten a camping permit (even tho the city doesn’t grant them- it’s very shady).So yes, you can’t even live on these lots.
