I notice the best deals last less than 24 hours on the MLS , I would have your realtor put offers to tie the property up before you view it to save time.I would spend atleast 2 months browsing all new listings, this will give you a great idea of what you're market values are

They have a simple interface where the tenant is able to pay a small fee (I think around $15) and then they are able to share the credit report with me.Unfortunately they have been having some difficulties with their website.

One difference with the Slate card is it includes a tidy interface for monitoring FICO score (experian).I've had people recommend Home Depot for contractors, but their quotes have always been higher than what I've found elsewhere.
