For instance, the area closest to Disney is actually less saturated and has many homes that can be renovated to a high standard and will book well.A bit further from Disney, in newer communities such as Solara, Windsor at Westside, Windsor Island and others, you can find deals in this market.

Keep looking down this road I don't believe that you will be disappointed.

When it's sold it will be taxed as capital gains tax and may also have some unrecaptured depreciation which is capped at 25% and  recaptured depreciation as well which can be up to your ordinary income tax rate.

Who will show it to potential renters?

You will not get full honest reviews publically on any program.
