The whole point to them is they are not being widely marketed.

There's not any (to my knowledge) Jacksonville wide STR regulations.  

I've had quite wide variety of the brown stuff.

I'm not exactly sure the extent of the project, but I know the panel needs to be relocated and replaced and most likely a good bit of the wiring throughout the house will need to be replaced as well.

I could also add a non PGE meter for measuring the tenan't power line.I do not know the extent of time added or the exact cost.  

In general if you are what is called a resident alien, you are going to be taxed on your world wide income.
