I have wholesaled properties like this in the past, but I'd like to keep this one for myself if possible.

What have you all seen be successful in regards to wholesaling done the right way?

At the time, the price was a bit high for us, but I was eager to take another property down for myself after years of wholesaling for other investors.

We would certainly reach a larger audience and probably get a better price, but that would have to be with someone dealing with conventional financing most likely.If you take title, you are wholetailing, not wholesaling.

When I realized that I pivoted to a direct mail campaign to try and develop my own flip leads or start wholesaling.

My initial strategy is wholesaling and my markets are the Triad/Piedmont and the Triangle of NC. 

I will be primarily wholesaling but I personally will be looking for Buy and Hold of single family and residential multi family units.
