The investor pointed the buyers to us by including one of our homes on their listing to help buyers visualize a house on the lot and listed us as their a preferred builder. 

I have plaster walls in most of the house, but the drywall portions got the same treatment.

Roof age and condition: Create a visual checklist to use during a showing for signs of moisture intrusion or past/active leaks and make every attempt to gain access to attic/roof sheathing.

They will then come out for any other issues like a hornets nest or an infestation that needs treatment at no additional cost.

My only other option is to do spot treatments on the half that I own and call it a day.
