Welcome to Bigger Pockets, Out of state (OOS) investing would be a wise decision, with Californias market is so highly appreciated.

There is so much information on BP.

Again its also hard to know which paid course is more authentic and useful since there is so many gurgu and not enough oversight to know which is better or worse. no ranking, nothing.

The lawsuit is so large that it includes the brokerage and some accounting firm, and some some very big name in the industry.

This  may not be possible when the fact pattern is so egregious the carrier sees through the tactic.

if they are not cutting it as agents they certainly wont as wholesalers.. wholesaling is so much tougher and capital intensive.. wipe out rate for agents is what 70 to 80%  and wipe out rate for wholesalers is about 95%.. 

I've been researching, these last three days, but there is so much information and diverse opinions I feel lost.  

There is so much knowledge to be shared from folks like this.
