I'm looking for a trustworthy handyman to build a long-term working relationship with.

The hard part would be finding someone trustworthy.

They should be able to connect you with excellent, trustworthy contractors that might be willing to invest in a flip with you. 

I am looking for recommendations for a good contractor, one that is trustworthy and communicates well in the San Antonio, TX area.

I find myself ever more motivated to take on the projects that I do and to build trustworthy relationships with the clients that I do work for, which is something I never put much effort into prior.

One is with Turnkey properties that do the purchasing, the renovations, and the managing and they can be trustworthy and reduce your travel expenses. 

Is it a lack of money or is it a lack of having TRUSTWORTHY partners in your life?

Again.. he assured me that this guy has done multiple projects with his buyers and is 100% trustworthy.........I think you know where this is going.
