when I first got on BP I would share the same opinion and then get shouted down by the "HEY i AM A CASH FLOW INVESTOR APPRECIATION IS JUST A BONUS CROWD"  OR THE " YOU CANNOT EAT EQUITY CROWD"

It looks like a great software and a few cool bonuses, but who know if it actually works.

Very true, you make your money when you buy and that formula is dependent upon your search abilities, how big of a net you cast to find opportunities, your negotiating skills, your ability to identify great locations (often near good schools), and your ability to transform the property.

Bonus if any of those offer free outgoing domestic wires for my lending needs. 

That all goes into the return (as a “bonus”).

And one adding a 2nd and 3er (bonus room) floor.  2 month, 4 months, and still waiting.  

The bonus is that it appraises for more than you have put in. 

Bonus – they have a doctorate in jurisprudence.To me it seems like the future is moving towards a more streamline process.

Can anyone with knowledge of bonus depreciation weigh in on a scenario I’m piecing together?
