Used a tool to score the paper then soaked a sponge in fabric softener and coated the paper with that to loosen.

they bought it for $9300 it could probably take a coat of lipstick and then the pig would be worth low to mid 20s, maybe even low 30s if they sell it lease purchase or land contract.

Putting a window in tastefully, and doing hard coat stucco that ties into the rest of the house could really make it a winner, and if the home is brick, stucco could work great if you paint the brick the same color with masonry paint.

I did not budget properly for flooring and know it is not wise to pay 2-4$ per sf to refinish the hardwoods so they can be torn up in a couple of years so my options are a rebuff(screening) then coats of poly or laminate.

Also, before working with fiberglass coat exposed skin with baby powder it helps avoid fiberglass sticking to you.
