ESAs are non-trained animals that are simply comfort/emotional therapy animals. 

Whether you dodged a shady deal, stood up to a tricky client, or just had a moment that made you book a therapy session; would love to hear it. 

With hard-money, I'm looking at new deals all too often.My primary mode of income (running a physical therapy practice) is way too much work!

I got stage be 3B melanoma…had three surgeries, but luckily I didn’t need chemo but I immuno therapy, which is not covered by insurance cost 80 grand around twice a year so I had to sell two of my rentals, which were great to have but after all, my bills wasn’t much anymore I couldn’t save and this is what led to this project Four years later I’m stagnant I got no money to grow and land.
