Put some nice theme rooms in along with an arcade or theater and I don't think it really matters much whether you're in Champions Gate or Windsor at Westside or Storey Lake, etc.I think Reunion probably rents slightly better but the prices there are much higher than the others, as are your fees.

The single family homes, even the small ones, are very impressive -- they are huge, have pools, their beautiful... and some of the big ones even have cool features like home movie theater rooms.Older construction is available too, outside Championsgate, but nearby.
