I always thought it was a cool idea, but anytime I see tech people get into real estate and construction (especially to this scale), I really pause and take caution.

It might seem daunting from you need the right tech stack and honest people.

.- Cash Flow Potential: Often meets the 1% rule, indicating strong cash flow.Columbus:- Growth and Demand: Booming population and tech industry.- Appreciation Potential: Consistent market appreciation.- Rental Market: Low vacancy rate, suggesting high rental demand.- Median Prices: Affordable compared to larger metros.Long-Distance Real Estate InvestingInvesting in properties in the Midwest while living in Los Angeles is feasible with modern technology.

Ok look, I will be brutally honest to all sitting around saying there "waiting" on some giant ridiculous 30%+ reduction in prices: GOOD RIDDENCE!     

The growth here has been significant, especially with tech giants like Intel, Meta, Amazon, and Google setting up operations, including two data centers.

Because it sucks.Maybe they'll turn it around, but the current team they have working on it certainly seems to be one of their teams that spends all their time on back-end tech and none on user experience like all the other failed google products, so I'm not optimistic.

We all have a Myrtle Beach address, and most of us work in Myrtle Beach, but because we're not technically within city limits this giant mass of residents isn't factored into any of the Myrtle Beach demographics like crime rates, etc.  

Some guests are just not tech-savvy, so basic instructions for utilities/amenities that are difficult to navigate is a touch that is appreciated.
