Personally, I want my fellow investor clients to succeed as well.

If you can help different agents succeed, and best of all be financially aligned with their goals, why not?

Just stick to the process, if you are not committed to diligently screening your tenants, and not allowing exceptions you will not succeed or be happy.

Its like anything real estate related maybe 10% will succeed with anyone's training but that's OK the other 90 has the right to pay for the training if they so desire even though it wont bring any tangable results. 

People think they can succeed without even realizing you need a proper foundation to build anything worthwhile....and that foundation has been, and always will be, Geometry and Algebra. 

And each group has rich and poor, old and young, effective and marginal, faithful and nominal, succeeding or failing.
