But seems very strange that they would be allowed to tell a bank that they will take one home on one street, not the neighbors or the whole street, just the current ones and say, Even though this is a current paying contract and we will not be using the property for a better purpose, you will now be forced to sell to us at a loss of 50% of your current contract.

I'm not disagreeing with Jason here, as that may be in GA (it's a strange state, lol) but....Here, when a double closing was done, they are two closings, the first a-b and the second b-c, if they are scheduled 30 minutes apart, c is in the waiting room reading a magazine while a and b and already in the closing room, they close and the closing docs are placed in a folder and a leaves with their copies.

Ive seen short sales where the seller walks with cash and the lender got nothing.Its a strange market, but their are still winners and loses like always!
