Plaster dulls blades pretty quickly, so have several on hand.

So if you find similar skills, and I think you will, the tenant isn't going to have much skin in the game.As an alternative for me in the next cycle, I'm considering renting a box-blade and doing the work of roughing it up and leveling it myself.

Dust contaminated with lead could be from poor house upkeep, children toys made in China, exterior emission if the property is located by a highway, or transfer from another owner occupant as in the case of the kid's grandparent house as the story listed in the Toledo Blade newspaper.

Having a rental operation and a rehab side for example and then buying a saw blade.

They are very easy to install if you have a drill with a hole blade.

All you need is some kneepads and utility razor blade( maybe an undercut tool for doorways).

If you take the lowest bid they rent a demo saw and diamond blade from rentals r us and cut away.

How to fix: you can either repeatedly apply band-aid fixes (snake the line with a blade that will chop through roots as long as they're not already too thick, and make it a recurring maintenance kind of thing), OR you can replace your sewer line.
