I realize this post is 2 years old but someone may have the same question.I use Microsoft One Note for Desktops, it's free and stores your notes in notebooks with tags that are easily searchable for reference later.I have notebooks for Note Investing, Real Estate Investing, Information Technology, and Digital Marketing.Usually, something that I'm studying falls into one of those categories and each notebook has subcategories. 

@Alec Jacobs We typically m aside the windows and buy our own and usually get a quote based on the measurements from both the box stores and an independent glass company.

And as far as the relationship advise, is that kinda like saying "hey you know your girlfriend kinda looks fat in that dress, you should probably tell her that" or something along those lines? 

@Mike HernI bet you can go to your local grocery store and also find these types of deals like you can your favorite cereal.

If I select the forms on the BP website, it redirects me to the book store website. 

For example, I can get up-to-date pictures of a property (with time stamp on it) for as low as 10$ in 24 hours, most of the time it is more expensive to grab your car and go there in person if you also count your time invested. there is a great book called "long-distance real estate investing" by David Green (you can find it in BP book store or on Amazon) which goes over a lot of those services and find solutions to long distancing investing.

Again, the BiggerPockets store has some books on this topic, or you can learn about it by watching podcasts, reading blogs, and interacting on the forum.

I generally advise my clients to skip properties that are near main street traffic or commercial buildings/stores.
