I believe that we have solved for all of these problems.  

The house is 107 years old and had a pretty lackluster renovation completed on it, so I knew there were going to be some issues, but also some things I know I can solve with my property maintenance background. 

I get it, because your entire value proposition is your cheapest, so you clearly think ONLY price matters, and have ignored what your doing, what your delivering, PROBLEM SOLVING.

In general, when I've called Cobb County, I've found it really depends on who you talk to, some of the people there are knowledgeable and helpful and some really don't have a clue and are not very customer-service-oriented.

Many companies when applying for a dwelling policy will run an insurance score and loss history report (CLUE report) on an individual in control of the entity even if the policy will be in the name of a business. 

Are you saying that there are people posting advice on Bigger Pockets that don’t have a clue what they’re talking about?
