Since then I have read multiple books, my favorite so far is the Millionaire Real Estate Investor, and been soaking up as much information as possible.

I am trying to soak up as much information on real estate investing so that I can hit the ground running when I land back stateside.What books/podcasts/articles/other resources would you guys recommend so that I can widen my knowledge of real estate investing and give myself the best opportunity for success?

So now I'm soaking up all the information within this site educating myself.

I live in Kentucky and am trying to soak up as much information as I can.

I've been soaking in quite a bit of knowledge through BiggerPockets Podcasts, Books, Videos, etc.

My goal for this first meeting is to soak up as much information I can from other investors, get a better feel for hot markets in my city, and hopefully begin to build a cash buyer list so I will have someone to market properties to when I find sellers.

I would clean it...soak it and put a scrubber on a drill (like a headlamp cleaning kit).

I will be soaking up that bunch of knowledge for a good little bit!!

If not, spray it on, wait a while for it to soak in, apply more and repeat.
