in the business world, i doubt a company will "park" they cash in the bank earning nothing while paying their debt with interest. there has to be a smart way to pay down debt.

I wouldn’t invest too much in old technology right before demand creates improvements. 

You can use apps to scan receipts and keep expenses separated, and Amex even has that technology built in. 

I agree - it's a smart way to get into real estate—especially if you want to save on living costs and start building wealth.

But that should be a buying indicator for a smart investor as you can get some really good deals on the bigger ones.I actually saw a 5,000 sq ft cabin (maybe 10 years old) that sold for just under a million.

There are lots of opportunities out there that only a few thousand is needed (10k or less). 150k can go along way if you are playing the game smart.

We were both pretty lucky and made some smart choices with what we had.

I think giving a couple of options, if doable, is always smart.
