While your sitting on the sidelines you will see a ton of investors making money and moving forward. 

You do not want to sit and wait on the sidelines hoping something falls in your lap. 

If you're waiting for the market to crash, you'll be sitting on the sidelines like the people who have been saying that since 2013.

Sitting on the sidelines is not my thing. 

I wasted 20 years sitting on the sidelines.

@Allen Li the market as a whole is super competitive with the majority of the world sitting on the sidelines last year everyone has capital ready to use.

I'm trying to line all my financials up so I can finally move off the sidelines and get in the game. 

As a new investor it taught me to not be afraid to submit an offer I know is right for me, don't let the competition force me to the sideline, and most of all if the deal passes the analysis check don't wait to submit an offer. 

But I wouldn't just sit on the sidelines.
