I do take cold showers though. 

A common issue in the smokies log cabins is no caulking at the outside base of the tub/shower and along the bathroom base boards.

My considerations have been: adding a small laundry area, building out the bathroom for a larger shower, making a separate parking area, building a walkway, putting up a fence so they have some privacy/yard space, mini split on the AC...

It might cost you 10 or 20 bucks to join a meet and greet, but it can be a learning experience.
