Well, I thought the review was ok, a little sharp on the edges, sure, but ok.  

But when I stop working the W-2 I do not want to be reliant on my fixed military retirement, 401k and SSA income to continue the life or better that I have now.And my grandmother passed at 94 and she was as sharp and fun loving as anyone her junior.

@Edmond Claessens the rehab looks really sharp.  

You have to watch an area over a period of time to know what the going rents are. 3) taxes are on the county assessor web site but know if the valuation is well below the purchase price you will see a sharp increase a year or so after you buy when the county adjusts the valuation.

Tenants should always turn on the bath fan when showering, etc.If you search on here there's a very good clause to include in your lease regarding mold sent in by a sharp landlord. 

@dan sang if the buyers attorney is sharp he will bring County issues to the surface.

If not - I know of a great attorney that has been a speaker at our meetup group and specializes in real estate - his name is Justin Vecchiarelli  and he is with Sutton Hague - he is very sharp and knowledgeable when it comes to real estate. 

I've actually caught mine in a slip or two, so he might not be as sharp as I'd hoped and could be missing the bigger picture.
