I think it's super cool but I'm having a little trouble completing the puzzle - I know it makes sense, but I'm not quite there.  

I've taken a couple real estate courses but Big Pockets is the best and I have been binge watching for the last 2 weeks and im super excited to start investing im looking to do the Brrrr strategy and looking to pick up small multi family properties and possibly off market flips. 

Have been super interested in the Westchester market, been looking into New Rochelle,Ossining,and Yonkers  would love to be around more like minded investors looking In the same areas!

Yeah for sure, I meant to say that buying in the U.S. you might be able to self manage if you want but international you probably don't have the option but I didn't express that super well.

Your point about laundromats not being completely passive is super important; I feel like that gets glossed over a lot in online discussions.
