But, on the content side of things... it's been really interesting seeing the data come in from our 500+ members... and we're continually testing and tweaking things to make the system overall more effective for members.We actually have 4 different rotations of "stock content" for each type of website, we "personalize" each website with location specific info for their market, their company, etc...... their title tags are optimized for their local market, etc.I'm an SEO guy by necessity... because over the years I had to learn SEO to get traffic to my own websites... and I have a full-time SEO team here at Carrot...... and duplicate content has come up more than once as a potential concern.The other real estate investor website systems out there give every member the same content (no matter what area they invest in).

I gave myself a time limit, I want to cut my hours back at my J.O.B. at 7-Eleven, the reason I am just cutting my hours back instead of quitting is the young man who owns the franchise is a very nice young man, I have been there almost 5 years and there has been a lot of people coming and going (employee wise), and I have seen their work, in fact there are a couple of others who should consider working somewhere else but oh well lol, its hard to find good help in any job, and one of the job requirements is to stock the cooler, I get 3 days off every other week (the schedule rotates, even though I work 4 days a week, I get the same days off every other week, one week I have M,T and Wensday off.

If so, it is located on the same wall to the right of the breaker box, so if you keep rotating to the right, you would find the 2nd recepticle, and then the 3rd and then the 4th -- if you continue rotating, you would go back to the breaker box.
