I haven’t heard the story of  the investor who rode the coat tails of a wholesaler to the same level of success but networking and building relationships with wholesalers seems to be prioritized over all others industry participants. 

You can:* accept as is (or ask for credits)* demand the seller fixes it and gets town sign off* demand the seller rips it out (e.g. an illegally finished basement)In theory, these changes should be grandfathered in and aside from legitimate safety concerns (e.g.

Well I'll say If you prioritize speed and convenience, selling to a wholesaler might be the better option.
