Like law office, day spa, or some other small company space?

I'm looking to sell my first home, which I've been renting out for the last 2 1/2 years -- I first contacted my property management company  for seller services, and they initially wanted a year exclusive selling rights.

Does anyone have a good effective 3rd party mailing company to send mailers direct to seller?

Tell them you need to be listed as additional insured and then you get copied if they have it from insurance company

But, we do have them and we are an extremely well-run company. 

@Richard Rafferty, given the relatively small nature you are looking to take on with your first syndication, personally, I would find it hard justify the typically 20-30k+ for a paid mentor. 

The factors to consider are your overall objectives, your credit score, DTI and personal financial condition I recommend you find a broker or originator whom you can trust and have them weigh your options.

There are always opportunities in buying real estate, businesses, companies, etc., as long as you know (or think you know) what you are in for.
