Are the city/county-provided things in good shape - like have the streets been paved lately? 

If you have to dig up the road, that is much more expensive, as you have to post a bond with the city, hire a paving company, etc.I received a quote from another plumber for $2,500.

The property is not in the boonies, its on a paved road with houses nearby in an area thats already quite developed. 

It's mostly a paved lot, but I do intend to manage myself.

Are you including the paving, fencing, lighting, etc.?

We updated all the appliances, renovated a bathroom, added new landscaping, repainted the interior, added new floors and carpet throughout the house, added a paved patio in the backyard, and replaced the A/C unit.

Invested in common areas, exterior improvements, power washed, re-paved, etc., Did light cosmetic upgrades that make a big difference in retaining and attracting new tenants.

 Parking structures, paved parking lots, gravel parking lots, RV and storage lots and even vacant lots near event venues can be very lucrative if you can buy them at the right price.

Hey Jordan,A lot of this is stuff you want to pave the way for before it ever happens since it can get really messy if a partner decides to drop out down the road.
