Then when he did get to work, 98% of the other IT workers were on B1 or H1B visas (ie. foreign workers here temporarily at the will of BofA usually from south asia) So they were afraid to say anything and were treated badly and dared not suggest better ways of doing the work- let alone asking for better treatment.
